3. Eligibility & User Responsibility

By using the Website, you confirm that:

5. Technical Questions & Stream-Specific Availability

The Placement Preparation Program includes technical interview questions and answers only for selected streams, branches, disciplines, and subject areas identified and supported by Skillpromise. These technical repositories are currently available for specific academic and professional domains including, but not limited to:

• Engineering: Computer Science Engineering and Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Food Technology, and Quality Management

• Science: Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, Environmental Science, Home Science, Agriculture, Horticulture, Fisheries, Statistics, and Veterinary Science

Accordingly, students belonging to streams, branches, or emerging/niche specializations not currently covered within the Skillpromise technical repository, including but not limited to disciplines such as Nanotechnology or other unsupported specializations, may not receive technical interview questions and answers specific to their domain.

However, such learners shall continue to receive complete access to all other components of the Placement Preparation Program, including:

For branches or specializations not currently supported under the technical interview repository, learners are expected to independently prepare for domain-specific technical interviews relevant to their academic or professional specialization.

Skillpromise reserves the right to add, modify, expand, update, or discontinue technical question repositories, streams, branches, subjects, and specializations at its sole discretion without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the Website and LMS, including but not limited to:

• Learning modules
• Assessments
• Training material
• Videos
• Graphics
• CV builder formats
• AI interview workflows
• Dashboards
• Documents
• Logos
• Frameworks
• Activities
• Assessments and analytics

are owned by or licensed to Skillpromise and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws of India.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from Skillpromise.

7. User Content & Submissions

By uploading documents, assignments, CVs, projects, reflections, worksheets, or other content on the platform, you grant Skillpromise a limited right to store, process, analyse, and use such content solely for:

• Capability development
• Assessments and analytics
• Coaching and mentoring
• Report generation
• Continuous improvement of services

Users remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of uploaded content.

8. Availability of Services

While Skillpromise strives to maintain uninterrupted access to its Website and LMS, we do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Uninterrupted service
• Complete absence of technical failures

We reserve the right to suspend, modify, discontinue, or update any part of the Website, LMS, content, features, or services without prior notice.
