About Skillpromise

Founded in 2017, Skillpromise.com, a part of Sana Skillpromise Education Private Limited, was established with a vision to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations through practical, research-driven, and high-impact learning experiences.

Skillpromise began its journey in the education and employability space by partnering with leading management and higher education institutions across India, including IMT Hyderabad, IMT Ghaziabad, MICA Ahmedabad, BIMTech Greater Noida, Myra School of Business Mysore, and several others. During the early years, the organization focused extensively on placement preparation for students preparing to enter the corporate world.

Alongside its academic initiatives, Skillpromise also entered the corporate capability development ecosystem through a large-scale assessment collaboration with CPM India for L’Oréal. The project involved conducting assessments for both on-roll and off-roll sales professionals, marking Skillpromise’s early exposure to large corporate interventions and workforce evaluation programs. Between 2019 and 2023, Skillpromise trained and groomed more than 5000 students across multiple institutions through structured placement preparation initiatives while simultaneously building its technology-enabled learning ecosystem and Learning Management System (LMS) infrastructure. As the Skillpromise Placement Preparation Program evolved into a robust learning platform, the organization expanded strongly into corporate learning and leadership development. Skillpromise became the training vendor for Nippon Paints & Automotives and launched QUEST — a flagship capability development program for individual contributors comprising 17 modules spread across three months. The program focused on workplace competencies like Intrapreneurship, Time Management, Dealing with Ambiguity, Creativity at work, AI and Power BI, Finance for Non-Finance Professionals, EI and Mindfulness, Execution Excellence, and more. Skillpromise has successfully completed four phases of QUEST for the Automotive Refinish business of Nippon Paint, India.

Building on the success of QUEST, Skillpromise was subsequently entrusted with developing leadership capability programs for managers and team leaders. This led to the launch of PACE in 2023–24, a dedicated managerial and leadership effectiveness program designed to strengthen people management, execution capability, communication, and leadership skills. Skillpromise has successfully completed four phases of QUEST for the Automotive Refinish business of Nippon Paint, India.

In 2024, Skillpromise also executed a multi-module skills development program for Sandipani Vidyaniketan. The program was delivered in both English and Hindi, marking Skillpromise’s first major bilingual execution of a structured skills development initiative and expanding its capability in multilingual learning delivery.

In 2025, Skillpromise expanded internationally with LEAP — a management development program conducted in Thailand for Nippon Paints teams in the Thai language. LEAP represented a significant milestone in Skillpromise’s journey, showcasing its ability to design and deliver localized, culturally aligned global learning interventions. Today, all Skillpromise corporate training programs are supported through a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS), enabling participants to seamlessly access module-wise learning content, videos, assignments, assessments, and performance tracking dashboards throughout the learning journey.

As Skillpromise moves into 2026, the organization continues to strengthen its impact across educational institutions and corporate ecosystems with upcoming phases of QUEST, PACE, and LEAP. In addition, Skillpromise is launching NAVIGATE — a specialized strategic leadership development initiative designed for senior leadership teams responsible for driving organizational growth and transformation.
